Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, however in most cases, deliveries arrive within estimated times stated below.
Please note potential delays with shipping due to COVID-19 impacting Australia Post delivery times.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Orenda Beauty does not accept any liability for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All products leave in perfect condition.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS
If for any reason you need to return your items, please contact support@orendabeauty.com.au to arrange an exchange or refund.
Please note: due to the natural origin of the Rose Quartz, there may be differences in colouring.
